Once we receive your completed booking form, we shall confirm the reservation and advise you immediately. The booking will be provisionally held for 10 days until receipt of your deposit.

Terms and conditions of booking

- deposit of 25% of the rental on booking to secure the dates requested.
- the final balance to be paid 1 month before the start date.

Refunds: amounts paid will be refundable in full if booking is cancelled up to 6 months before start date, otherwise amount refunded will be subject to the following deductions in the period thereafter:

- less than 1 month before start date:50% of the rental
- 1-2 months before start date:25% of the rental
- 3-6 months before start date:15% of the rental

What happens after the booking has been accepted?

Once your deposit has been received we will provide you with various details of how to make your stay in Bequia easier and more enjoyable including:

§ Booking taxis to pick you up at the airport or ferry terminal
§ Arranging for basic supplies to be available on your arrival at The Pink House
§ Arrange for someone to greet you at The Pink House on arrival
